Bay Builders is a company that was formed in 2003 by Bevin and Donna MacCarthy.

Locally born and bred, Bevin completed his apprenticeship in the Kerikeri area. Since then Bevin and his team have completed numerous jobs in Kerikeri and the surrounding areas.

Bay Builders is a member of the Certified Builders Association. Only qualified builders with a proven work history can become members. This not only proves our dedication to having satisfied customers, but allows them to receive the protection of the 10 year home first builders guarantee, and use the consumer friendly Building Contracts.

We employ quality subcontractors, who we have proven to be reliable and who have excellent workmanship. We have built up very good working relationships with our subcontractors, which means we are confident our projects are always finished to the highest possible standards.
